Eladi Sesame Oil balances vata and kapha dosha, the main herb ela (cardamom) supports chronic skin allergies, reduces itching, and improves complexion.

Please note when first receiving this product you will need to warm the product to slightly above body temperature (between 98 – 105 degrees) to melt the oil and remix the herbs that have settled to the bottom during storage. We do not recommend heating above 105 degrees.
