“I had been having digestive issues for years and tried various things, but still generally felt lousy and fatigued but then Ami changed all that! She did a thorough diagnostic and helped me adjust my diet and daily routine to amazing effect! I loved our meetings, especially since she really helped me understand the science and history of her Ayurvedic practice.”
“When I met with Ami for my initial consultation, I was in rough shape - physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Ami listened attentively, asked astute questions, and held a space of non-judgment and compassion. She identified my doshas, explained their imbalances, and then suggested a series of concrete, therapeutic methods I could use to rebalance my doshas. I am happy to say that I feel better, more nourished, and very grounded. What you will find in Ami is a dedicated ayurvedic practitioner who is passionate about helping her clients regain and restore their energy and spirits. I am deeply blessed to have worked with her.”
“I have scoliosis, a sensitive nervous system, and have been involved in numerous accidents, some that disabled me for years. I’ve tried all sorts of things and been to all kinds of physical therapists, traditional and non-traditional, and the most consistently useful and helpful thing I’ve done has been to work privately with Ami. Not only am I much more comfortable and functional, I also have a set of tools that I can use to help myself when I need it.”
“Ami is a gifted healer and her approach is to help others learn how to take actions to improve their own health. In one Yoga Therapy session for my very painful hip bursitis, Ami taught me a series of yoga poses and stretches that to this day, several years later, continues to greatly minimize the pain and allow for a greater range of motion. By following Ami’s Ayurvedic advice, I also found relief from long-standing digestive issues. I highly recommend her sessions!”
